I reside in what I affectionately refer to as “middle-of-nowhere” Kentucky. Just ask people who live twenty minutes away—they’ve never heard of the town where I live either. We do have a John Deere dealership but little else. That’s okay though—in good weather I can sit by an open window and listen to the music of birds, crickets, and frogs with only an occasional interruption from a passing vehicle.

My debut novel, Secondary Target, released in May 2024! Pre-publication, it won the 2019 ACFW Genesis award and placed in the 2019 Daphne du Maurier inspirational category. Now the Secrets of Kincaid series is complete with book three’s 2026 release, and each book in the series has made the Parable Group bestseller list. The last couple years have been a crazy, blessed ride!

Outside of fiction writing, I’m an editor and copywriter. And in my spare time (yes, I still have a wee bit of that . . . sometimes), I enjoy reading, gardening, and experimenting in the kitchen. Oh, and did I mention my love for tea? No day is complete without a pot (or two, or ten!) of properly steeped hot tea. Would you like to join me for a cup?
